They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of this site without the written permission of Auto Management Consultants. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.

3. Services Provided
AMC mainly provides advice and help service, strictly for cases due to No fault of the claimant. Once agreed by the claimant the case is forwarded to the solicitors for their further necessary action.

Once the Claimant has been introduced to the solicitors and his case accepted by the solicitor, then solicitor will deal with the claimant directly.The solicitor will arrange for complete protection of the claimant including insurance cover. In case the claimant is unsuccessful, under such circumstance the solicitor will deal with all agencies involved, including the court, and insurance.

4. Claimant Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, true and timely information about the RTA /accident/incident, and provide all the necessary documents and evidence well in time, failure of which may affect his case.

In case of any incorrect or incomplete information provided by the claimant or due to non availability of information required for the settlement of the case, the claimant will be responsible personally for it's failure/loss.

AMC will try maximum and endeavour to get as far as possible, true, correct, clear and up to date details of the case from the claimant. However if at a later stage part/whole of the details are found to be in correct /false, then AMC or any of its employee will not be held responsible for false/incorrect details, provided by the claimant.
