5. Dispute
In case of any dispute or disagreement between the AMC and the claimant the decision of the Managing Director of the AMC will be firm and final.
However AMC complaint procedure is given in detail at the end of the site.

6. Agents/ Confessors
Auto Management Consultants Limited is a sole limited company neither having any agents nor any confessors. We use only legalised methods of advertising which are allowed for such type of business.

7. No Win No Fee*
AMC functions on No win No fee* basis. Therefore no fee is required in advance. However at the successful completion of the case a fee will be charged from the successful claim of the claimant as already agreed and accepted by the claimant.

8. Unsuccessful Case
In case evidence cannot be established or the claimant looses the case due to any other reason, then in no way Auto Management Consultant limited or any of its employees/directors including solicitors will be held responsible for any liability.
